Take time to think through the day you’ve already had, then imagine the day ahead. As you lean into your vision for tomorrow, set a clear intention for how you hope to feel. Then, set a clear intention for at least one action step you will take first thing in the morning to nourish the feeling you want to experience. Record your intentions so you remember them tomorrow.
